Simple and hearty

The estate’s bakery offers four types of fragrant and super fresh bread: country, rustic, Saragolla, and burattata. All made with organic cereal flour from natural whole stone milling and sourdough. You can find it daily at the Bakery, along with dishes from the Tasting Room and The Yoghurt Shop.

Bread is universal food and culture, from the ancient peasant world to today. The Vannulo bakery was established to produce excellent bread in-house, in keeping with local history: there were several mills along the capo di fiume stream dedicated to milling wheat.

The estate's bakery makes bread with organic cereal flour and sourdough.

Breadsticks made from organic durum wheat semolina flour are among the products available at the bakery.
